Our services
We set up and maintain business automations, such as lead follow-up, appointment handling, review requests and related admin workflows, on a connected system for your business. The specific automations we configure for you are agreed with you during onboarding.
Package and fees
The Wedo Full Automation package is S$397 per month. There is no setup fee for standard onboarding.

What is not included
- Custom integrations with systems outside the standard setup, unless agreed in writing.
- A custom website, unless agreed in writing.
- Any work or services not described in the agreed scope.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for making sure that your use of automated messaging, calls, SMS, email and WhatsApp is lawful. This includes having the consent and permissions required under Singapore law, including the PDPA and Do Not Call rules where they apply, before contacting your customers and leads. You are also responsible for the accuracy of the information, content and contact lists you give us.
No guarantee of results
We work to deliver the services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome, such as a number of leads, bookings, reviews or sales, or uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, or for faults in third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any dispute-resolution process we agree with you in writing.
